Stack of Barnboard BHs
I buy 'gray on both sides' barnboard at Handley Lumber Mill in Fenelon Falls. I ask for six or seven 16-footers at a time, cut into three equal pieces. The resulting load fits easily into the back of my Honda Civic and when I make a batch of birdhouses, say 5 or 6 at a time, the models don't stay on the shelf very long.
A lot of people like gray barnboard birdhouses and I think I'll be hauling lumber back from the Kawarthas for years to come.
This morning's motto: Pack 'Em, Stack 'Em.
